Judith has extensive qualifications including GAICD, MTheol, M Ed Studies, BA, BEd, Cert Teach, Dip Project Management, Adv Dip Business Management, and Cert Not-for-Profit Governance.
Judith has a background in education and governance. She began her career as a secondary teacher and established herself as a curriculum and assessment professional. This led to work in educational management, working on the development and implementation of curriculum programs for government and non-government school systems. Her career led into the executive and governance levels of educational and not-for-profit agencies as a leader in newly developing religious organisations within the Catholic Church. She holds a Master of Theology, a Master of Educational Studies, a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education and Diplomas in Business Management, Project Management and certificates in Not-for-Profit Governance and Certificate in Teaching. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has served on a school board. She has served also as the Company Secretary for a Catholic Church agency and has a specialist expertise in governance development workshops for Boards and Councils in schools, parishes and Dioceses. She is a partner with The Professional Partners Group, a group of governance specialists, where her skills lend themselves principally to consulting for not-for-profit organisations and schools.
