Exciting Changes Ahead for Kairos!

We’re excited to announce some significant changes to our leadership team at Kairos Community College. These appointments reflect our commitment to providing exceptional education and fostering a positive learning environment for all students.

Here is a summary of the changes:

  • Jason Kupke has been appointed Head of Campus (Caloundra).
  • Kelly Chambers has been promoted to Head of Campus (Deception Bay).
  • Andrew Bobbadilla has been promoted to Deputy Head of Campus (Deception Bay).
  • Tim Robbins has been appointed Accountant.

As previously announced:

  • Luke O’Sullivan has been promoted to State Principal.
  • Katy Devers has been promoted to Marketing and Administration Manager.

Jason has been an integral part of the Kairos community since 2019, serving first as Head of Wellbeing and then Head of Campus – Deception Bay. During this time, he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to student success. We are certain that Jason will continue to inspire and empower students at Caloundra Campus.

It is wonderful to be able to recognise the exceptional contributions of Kelly Chambers and Andrew Bobbadilla. Kelly, previously our Deputy Head of Campus, has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership and a deep commitment to student success and her strong relationships with students, families, and the community have been invaluable to our school. Andrew has proven himself to be a skilled educator and a natural leader, and his knowledge of our Kairos students and passion for teaching have made him a valuable asset to our team. We are confident that both Kelly and Andrew will continue to excel in their new roles and make a significant impact on our school community.

The positions of Campus Administration Officer (Caloundra) and Teacher (Deception Bay), which became vacant due to internal promotions, have been filled. Further details about these new team members will be shared in the new year.

We are in no doubt that these changes will strengthen our school community and provide our students with the best possible educational experience. We look forward to working together to achieve great things.
