Q: Who is eligible for referral?

A. Any student in Years 10-12 who is disengaged from, or at risk of disengaging from mainstream learning.

Q: Who can refer a student to Kairos?

A: A guidance counsellor, principal, deputy principal, youth worker, medical practitioner, specialist, or other professional familiar with your student’s educational needs.

Q: Is there a cost to enrol at Kairos?

A: No, there is no cost for students to enrol at Kairos, we are a fee-free school.

Q. Are there compulsory school uniforms?

A. No, there are no compulsory school uniforms, we have a dress code. Most students wear comfortable clothing such as t-shirts, shorts and jeans.

Q. What makes Kairos different?

A. We offer small class sizes, individualised learning, and provide students with a quality educational program with a strong wellbeing focus.

Q: What are the school hours?

A: School hours are 9:45 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Our Administration Office is open 8:00 – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Q: What happens if my child is accepted to Kairos?

A: You will be notified when a place becomes available, and you will then have the opportunity to enrol your student.
